Initially, NJ Sales Tax Consultants will gain a thorough understanding of our client's issues, needs and concerns. Upon doing so, NJ Sales Tax Consultants is dedicated to designing and delivering solutions to our clientele that are timely, accurate, efficient, effective and on occasion, uniquely creative.

About The Founder

Victor P. Treglia, CPA

Upon graduation from Rider University in 1979, Victor Treglia commenced a career in State Taxation by accepting an Auditor position with the New Jersey Division of Taxation. During the next 28 years of continuous service, Victor conducted, completed and managed several hundred New Jersey Division of Taxation Field (business) Audits. Through these experiences as well as numerous other job assignments and projects, Victor has been involved in all aspects of a Field (business) Audit as conducted by the New Jersey Division of Taxation and is proficient in all of the Division's taxes that are audited during a Field (business) Audit which generally include, but are not limited to:

• New Jersey Corporation Business Tax
• New Jersey Gross Income Tax (employer & personal)
• New Jersey Sales Tax
• New Jersey Use Tax
• Numerous other taxes

In May of 2006, Victor Treglia founded NJ Sales Tax Consultants, LLC which is a boutique CPA tax firm. While the firm's tax services are available and provided throughout the country, the firm's primary focus includes the specialty areas as listed below:

• Representing clients with respect to New Jersey Division of Taxation Field (business) Audits
